Shipping & Returns
As a new company, our logistics team is working on developing efficient customer service. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the following:
- Shipping: if you need to request a specific delivery date, JOW will work with you. JOW uses FedEx Ground as a default at checkout; Express services are available for most items; furniture pieces may be delivered with your own carrier or we can refer a service for you - note: estimates may change according to location of delivery; furniture pieces may also be delivered locally in Los Angeles, CA for a fee;
-Returns: Items are not refundable - JOW provides as much information and images as possible for each item to help you make an informed purchase; item(s) may only be returned if damaged upon receipt of delivery at this time; if the item(s) are damaged upon receipt of delivery, please notify JOW immediately and JOW will follow through the claim process and will issue a refund.
